In just 2 hours, you'll get hands-on experience learning the basics of throwing a cup, plate, and bowl on the pottery wheel, guided by Stephanie Shaffer—an experienced ceramics teacher with over 20 years of working with high school students. This class is perfect for beginners, so whether you're simply curious about pottery or looking to explore a new creative outlet, no prior experience is needed! Just come in your favorite play clothes, ready to get a little messy. Your finished pieces will be bisque-fired and ready for pickup within two weeks. Please note: This one-day workshop does not include glazing.
