Service Description

In this 2 hour workshop, you'll get the chance to try your hand at wheel-throwing. No clay experience necessary! Come and enjoy a creative, messy evening with your friends, siblings, parents, or significant other. Classes are limited to 7 students per session! Included: instruction, clay, tools, firings, 1 Polaroid photo per couple Who: Anyone aged 16 and older Where: 369 S. Pearl St, Denver 80209 Additional Information: Your piece(s) will be glazed with ONE glaze that is intuitively selected by the staff of the studio. It’ll be a fun surprise! Your creation(s) will be ready for pickup from the Denver Ceramic Studio approximately 2 weeks from the workshop date. Any pottery left at the studio 3 months after the workshop date will be donated, so please pick up your work in time! Not all pieces are guaranteed to make it out of the kiln if instructions are not followed. Inconsistencies in thickness can cause cracks or even shattering in the firing process. However, the goal is to just have fun and to learn more about the process, so don’t stress about it!
